Without setting of ON PAGE SEO we can not rank it, you because you do not have google map on contact page that is very important, you do not have appropriate meta title, meta descriptions and H1 tags etc.

Thanks for your asking for the local SEO, basically I am local SEO expert and I have plenty of experience in this field, as you are saying the you do not visible for your main keywords like carpet cleaning Gold Coast, carpet cleaning Brisbane etc.

There should be potbelly two reasons

1)     Your on page seo is no good

2)     You need good quality back links reviews, etc (OFF PAGE SEO)

As I see that both in of page and on page you are very weak.

No Meta tags, Meta description, no H1 tags are in your website according to your above mention keywords. You also need off page SEO, good quality back links for your website like web2.0 with high PA DA, blog links, etc.

I am expert in both off page and on page SEO.

What will I do??

I will go step by step

1)      Keyword researching with high searches and low competition

2)      I will do competitive analysis and will see what our competitors are building, and try to make with more batter way to get ranked above them.
