Alt Tags are very important most of the time our images get ranked to page one of google and we can get good amount of traffic with images as well, use main keyword for main image, as your first image as ALT tag is (DOWNLOAD) that I no good. Also we not have to use 1 ALT TAG for many pictures. NEED VARIATION. If I will start work on this website page I will add more images as well with alt tags.

Search tags

Search tags are also very important, you do not have search tags for your web page, and we can add it very easily while we post articles. Search tags are alternative keywords.

Interlinking or out bound links

Interlinking is also very important part of on page SEO and we can get major search boost for many articles in blog and with internal linking, it is to back link your articles with other already posted articles, if you do not have related articles to current posts than give out bound back links, link your article with other top pages with any KW of general phrase, or you can only give NO_ FOLLOW back link.

And all other links are no follow or with some other irrelevant keywords. I know if we use main keywords so many time in do-follow links with actual back links it include in spamming, but us as much as needed.

I have also check the back links profile is not so strong in terms of PA DA, CF TF.

Conclusion:-

Need keyword researching for website, need to research some long tail and keywords for link building as well.

Then again need competitive analysis

There should be potbelly two reasons

1)     Your on page seo is no good

2)     You need good quality back links reviews, etc (OFF PAGE SEO)

As I see that both in of page and on page you are very weak.
